Kaio Interactive was a game development studio and work-for-hire tech studio that operated from April 2010 to January 2022 and primarily focused on producing mobile apps. The company partnered with other brands to create simple licensed games for their properties, such as with the company Tasty Brand to make a game promoting Tasty Brand's gummies or with the authors of the Berona's War series to create a game promoting their books. Kaio Interactive developed a number of their own internal IPs, as well, such as the Bounder games. The majority of Kaio Interactive's games were very simple, relying on gameplay such tile-matching mechanics or tap interactions happening on a single screen.
The company additionally produced a number of non-game apps, such as VR experiences that could be played on a smartphone when viewed using a smartphone VR headset holder. The final game that the company published before closing was a VR game for PlayStation VR.
