Midway Amusement Games, LLC

Midway Amusement Games, LLC was a subsidiary of Midway Games, Inc.. It was founded in 1999 and took over the arcade business from its mother company. On October 01, 2001, it sold off all assets to the hardware manufacturer Happ Controls, Inc.

Afterwards the company only held the intellectual property for all Midway trademarks including the Midway name itself. It was closed in 2011.
