Headquartered in Liverpool (UK), Thumbstar Games was a privately owned global distributor of quality mobile content. The company distributes mobile games, applications, wallpapers, themes and videos to operators and off-portals globally. After incorporation on 20 March 2008, it was launched on 3 November 2008 and was headed up by Martin Kitney.

The company was dissolved on 27 September 2018.
