Formed as Hu-ERA Limited Company from ex members of Hudson (Japan) and ERA International Limited Company (Taiwan).
Hu-ERA was active between 1989 and 1993 and released Cotton for the PC Engine.
Re-formed in 1994 as "Warp Power" in Hong Kong.
