A Mazing World of Malcolm Mortar

A Mazing World of Malcolm Mortar is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

As an apprentice bricklayer, you must carry loads of bricks and dynamite. Suddenly, you feel a searing pain in your head, and everything goes black. You awaken to a myriad of passages filled with monsters.

The player controls a small character who must move through a maze to reach the exit to the next level. The player is armed with dynamite, which is dropped to blow up enemies and weak walls. As the player is attacked by monsters, they lose bricks, but can pick up more in the maze. Some exits are locked, and the player must discover a specific route to the exit to open the door. The player can construct walls to protect themselves from enemies, but certain enemies can chew through these. The player has a single life, and it's game over if eaten by an enemy.
