AD 1066

In AD 1066 you take control of armies of William the Conqueror, the first Norman king of England, who invaded the country in mid 10th century and effectively seized control at the end of 1066. The game is a fast-paced turn-based strategy played on a hex field. You can recruit armies, conquer cities and wage tactical battles. There are nine types of units that can grow with experience, nine types of terrain tiles with different combat bonuses and ten leaders that can enhance your core units. The path to Hastings takes you through thirteen different maps. Also there's a hot-seat multiplayer.
