Albert and the Monsters

Description
Albert and the Monsters is a 1–2 player arcade game for the Dragon 32/64.
The player controls Albert as he tries to eliminate all the monsters on the screen. Played on a series of platforms with randomly placed ladders between them, Albert can dig holes through the platforms to trap the monsters. When monsters are trapped, Albert can defeat them by hitting them on the head with his pickaxe.
If he leaves a blott trapped in a hole too long, it escapes, becomes a bogle, and moves faster than before. Larger monsters called stompers require two holes to defeat. The jumping psycho poses the greatest danger. Albert is armed with a paralytic gas which temporarily stuns the monsters, allowing Albert to escape. The player starts with three lives, and a life is lost when caught by a monster.
