Apollo

Apollo is a 1-player Lunar Lander variant for the BBC Micro.

The player attempts to safely land their landing craft on the moon. The player can apply lateral force to the left or right, and can apply force to decelerate their craft. The player has limited fuel to safely conduct their landing. The ship starts in orbit around a large planet, and can decelerate their craft to begin the landing process. As the player approaches closer to the surface there are four levels of zoom. The landing craft must safely land on a flat area of the planet at a sufficiently slow velocity. After a successful landing, the player attempts a new landing with more difficult terrain.
