Game cover: Arcade Adventure

Description

Arcade Adventure is a series of arcade games with simplified controls designed for children with disabilities.

  • Brickout: A ball travels along the bottom of the screen, and the player chooses when to release it vertically upwards. Bricks that have no bricks below them can be outright destroyed. Other bricks can be damaged if hit, but will only drop when bricks below are removed. The player's goal is to eliminate all flower pots. Extra time is awarded by destroying green bricks.
  • Shocker: The player moves around the edges of a fish tank trying to avoid electric eels and blue reptiles at the edge of the screen. The goal is to select parts of the tank by moving their controller.
  • Toboggan Run: Side-scrolling arcade game where the player can move vertically, while trying to move between flags. The player must avoid dogs and other dangers. The player controls game speed and width between flags.
  • War of the Worlds: An arcade game where the player controls a gun at the bottom of the screen that moves laterally, fires vertically, and tries to destroy incoming alien vessels while avoiding enemy fire. The player controls enemy speed, fire rate, and controls.
