Ben-Hur

Ben Hur is a racing game specifically made to promote the 2016 Ben-Hur movie. The game starts with a trailer of the movie. A few scenes are shown mostly introducing Ben-Hur and his struggles. After the scenes, the player controls a chariot with four white horses. He must race around an arena against five opponents also in chariots. The player can win this in two ways: by being the first to complete all laps, or by destroying all enemy chariots.

Enemy chariots can be destroyed by running them into walls, obstacles, grinding their horses with Ben Hur's chariot, or by using the whip. Enemies are no easy prey however and also attack whenever they can. The only thing they do not use is the whip. Ramming enemies is best done against their horses, since hitting the chariots themselves from the side or back damages the Ben Hur's chariot. If Ben Hur dies, the race must be start over from scratch. Races can be retried infinitely until the race is won.

Only one season can be played, and to do that, three races must be completed and won. The first race only features two laps, the second three, and the third, four. The number of enemies stays the same during all three races. After winning the three races, the credits roll and the game is completed.
