BlazBlue: Revolution Reburning

BlazBlue: Revolution Reburning is a spin-off of the BlazBlue series, comprised of two major game modes.

In the story mode, a single player playing as some of BlazBlue's most beloved characters must fight through a series of challenges to (once again) snuff out the corruption within the Novus Orbis Librarium. The challenges take place in a beat-'em-up style, where players must use their characters' abilities (and a few long combos here and there) to knock down as many enemies as needed. Once a specific number of enemies are defeated, the boss of the challenge will appear. Defeating that boss completes the challenge and earns experience, as well as items that can be used to improve characters' stats. While the player starts out as Ragna the Bloodedge, special items and other in-app purchases can unlock other characters as the game progresses.

The competitive mode, in contrast, pits players against each other using the characters they have leveled up in story mode. Battles can also be fought over Wi-Fi.
