Block Breaker

Block Breaker is a single-player, mouse-controlled, block-breaking game.

The player starts with a single ball at the bottom of the screen. At the top of the screen, are blocks all with a number one in them; the number shows how many hits it will take to break the block. Using the mouse, the player aims their ball and fires. The ball hopefully hits one or more bricks and breaks them before returning to the bottom of the screen; along the way it may collect an additional ball. Before the player aims at any remaining blocks, the blocks drop one place down the screen and new ones appear on the top row, but these take two hits to break.

This cycle repeats with new blocks having to be hit more and more times before they are broken; additionally, the player collects more and more balls so that they end up firing a stream of projectiles with each turn.

Broken blocks score points and the aim of the game is to beat the last high score. The game ends when the descending blocks reach the bottom of the screen.
