Blokdrop

Blokdrop is a one player Tetris clone. Block falls down from the top in formations of four at a time. You gain points for forming horizontal lines of blocks (which then disappears). Before a game starts you may select on which level you want to start (1-9) and how many levels of blocks that should already be in play (0,4,7,10 or 14).
