Bra-Buster Madam Next Door & Erogaki & Playboy is a Japanese erotic adventure game made using the RPG Maker toolkit. The player controls the titular Gaki, a boy who lives next door to a voluptuous married woman named Aoi whom he is infatuated with. When Aoi's husband goes on a business trip abroad, Gaki spies on her and discovers that she is having an affair with a playboy. The player controls Gaki from a diagonal-down perspective. The objective is to progress through the story by completing events and making decisions which may influence their outcome. Performing certain actions will affect statistics such as Knowledge, Sensitivity, and Confidence. Once some statistics have reached a certain threshold, additional actions may be performed.
