C-Trek
Description
C-Trek is a Star Trek clone for multiple systems.
The player takes on the role of Captain of the USS Enterprise, tasked with destroying a set number of Klingons in the galaxy. The ship is armed with short range sensors to find Klingon vessels, stars, and starbases. Long range sensors can detect the presence of enemies in nearby sectors. The entire galaxy is divided into an 8 x 8 block of 64 quadrants. The ship computer shows the location and content of all quadrants that have been investigated, as well as current ship status. Ships can be moved via impulse engines in local sectors, or the warp drive to move between quadrants. When engaged in combat, the player can modify their shield status, and use phasers and photon torpedos to engage the enemy. Total ship energy is used to power shields and phasers, and can be recharged at starbases.
