Case 3:16

Description
Case 3:16 is a fighting game inspired by a contemporary wrestling storyline in which Stone Cold Steve Austin is struck by a car. Players take on the role of Austin, whose objective is to uncover the identity of the perpetrator. To do so, he confronts other wrestlers in one-on-one matches across various locations.
Both fighters share the same move set: a fast but weak punch, a slow and powerful kick, and the ability to pick up weapons scattered around the arena. Austin has an additional ability to intimidate opponents when they are knocked down. Each match ends either in defeat or with a potential clue about the culprit’s identity. Whether an opponent reveals a hint depends on the difference in "attitude" between the fighters, which fluctuates based on performance. Austin can also consume a limited supply of beer to boost his attitude level. Once enough clues are gathered, the player selects a suspect and engages in a final fight. If the chosen opponent is the actual culprit and Austin loses the match, the game ends in failure. This is the only condition under which the game can be lost.
Players may also bypass the investigation phase and accuse any wrestler directly. A custom mode allows manual selection of opponents and arenas. The culprit is randomly determined at the start of each game.
