Catapilla

Catapilla is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

The player controls a "catapilla" that moves in the cardinal directions, and tries to eat the fat gardeners that wander about the screen to move to the next level. As the player eats gardeners or moves to higher levels their catapilla gets longer. If the player hits their tail or runs into DDT, which randomly appears on the screen, they lose a life. The player can wrap around the opposite side of the screen if they move off the edges. Each gardener is worth 10 points for an extra life at 5,000 points.
