Chequered Flag

Chequered Flag is a top-down racing game. A car needs to complete a number of laps, passing opponents and going through corners at full speed, before time runs out. With every completed lap a time bonus is provided. There are many other racing cars on the road and a large amount of turns. Arrows appear prior to a turn to help anticipate them. If a race is successfully completed before time runs out, the player moves on to the next stage with a faster car. Collisions with objects in the environment or other racers can damage the car and then entering the pit lane may be needed to keep the car's full performance.
