ComplexToe

Description
ComplexToe is a two-player (against another player or the computer) strategy game vaguely similar to Gomoku. Play consists of players putting tokens on the board, in an effort to create a winning pattern. These pattern could be a simple line of 4, but only horizontally, or a diamond shape, or 5 in a row in an "L" shape. The winning patterns vary from game to game. Once a player successfully places a winning pattern, the game doesn't end, but that player gets a point, and all existing tokens are replaced with unusable squares. Play continues until one player earns enough points to win.
The game includes a training arena (single-player) mode, online play (customization includes points to win, player clock, game mode, and setting winning patterns), and the Impossible Adventure. This is a single-player adventure mode, consisting of a series of levels. Levels here allow access to spells, which are found sometimes when placing a token, and allow actions such as placing two tokens in one turn. Levels have a star rating, which can be earned by not using spells, and winning fast.
