Gomoku

Gomoku is a terminal implementation of a classic match-5 game played on a 19x19 Go board. Players take turns to place pieces one at a time on the board. Similar to tic-tac-toe or ‘connect-4’, the objective is to make a unbroken line of five pieces, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally anywhere on the board.

Moves are entered by typing the desired coordinate for the piece. The game can be played against the computer, against another player, or by pitting the computer against itself.
