Gomoku

Gomoku is a Gomoku program running on a Xerox 530 mainframe. The game managed to reach third place in a computer Gomoku championship in 1976. Gomoku is a game of five-in-a-row where players take turn placing pieces on a 19x19 grid. The first player to manage to get five pieces in a row, horizontally, vertically or diagonally wins the game.
