Convoy

Description
Convoy is a 1-player World War II strategy game for multiple systems.
The player's goal is to ship a load of military supplies from the United Kingdom to a Soviet port, while avoiding German submarine and bomber patrols.
At the start of each mission, the player logs in as a British officer, and the game tracks how much and type of supplies Russia requires over several missions. The player can load fuel, ammo, tanks, planes, ore, food, grain, and timber on up to 15 convoy vessels. These supplies must be loaded onto the convoy in vessels in formation. Vessels on the outside of the formation are more likely to be damaged, while central vessels are safer. Ships carrying more dangerous cargo, such as fuel and ammo, if damaged, can destroy other nearby vessels.
Played from an overhead map, the player moves their convoy in 8 directions, and attempts to navigate from Britain to Murmansk or Archangel. Each day, the player can move 3 spaces, or 2 if navigating a damaged vessel. At the end of each day, German submarines randomly appear about the map, and bombers launch patrols from Scandinavia. If these German patrols come in contact with the convoy, the player enters an arcade sequence where they try to protect their vessel. With bomber patrols, the player tries to align a target with a plane moving quickly across the screen. If the bomber crosses the screen without being shot, the player loses 1 or more convoy vessels. In submarine assaults, the player must position their convoy onto a randomly moving submarine vessel, while taking torpedo hits during the maneuvering process. After this, they must use their sonar to try to correctly drop depth charges onto the submarine. If they are unsuccessful, convoy vessels are lost.
At the end of each day, and the end of the mission, the player receives a report on their mission score.
