D.C.: Da Capo

D.C.: Da Capo is a Japanese adult romance visual novel with supernatural elements. The player assumes the role of Junichi Asakura, a student who lives on the fictional Japanese island of Hatsunejima where the cherry trees are always in bloom and the people who live there gain mysterious supernatural abilities. Junichi has two such abilities: the power to conjure sweets out of nowhere, and the power to see the dreams of others. Junichi has been growing closer to his adoptive sister Nemu as of late until his cousin, Sakura Yoshino, returns from America to remind him of their childhood promise that they will be together forever. While Junichi struggles with deciding where his feelings lie, he must also deal with revelations regarding an ancient sakura tree at the center of the island that may be the source of the islanders' powers as well as many other facets of their lives.

The visual novel gameplay of Da Capo revolves around interacting with various female characters, including Nemu and Sakura, as well as other girls in the town. Each character has her own unique personality and background, and the choices made by the player throughout the game determine the direction of the narrative and the relationships Junichi forms. There are four other heroines who can be romanced: Kotori Shirakawa, a school idol who claims she can read minds; Mako Mizukoshi, a classmate of Junichi and Nemu with a competitive spirit; Moe Mizukoshi, Mako's older sister in the grade above Junichi; and Miharu Amakase, Nemu's best friend.

The PC (Windows) version of the game includes scenes with explicit sexual content which were removed for the mobile versions.
