Death Trap

Death Trap is a 1-player tank game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player navigates a tank through a very large maze, trying to reach the end point. The player is constantly chased by a pulsating square, which can move through walls, and destroys the player on touch. The maze is riddled with a number of items: Destructo mines which destroy the player, hyperspace mines which teleport the player, mapping squares, extra tanks, extra fuel, and random items that could be any of the above. Every move uses fuel, and this must be regularly refilled. The player has 3 lives, and it's game over when all are gone.
