Defense
Description
Defense is a 1 - 2 player science-fiction themed arcade game for the Apple II.
Prepare for battle as you are the pilot of a starship, and aliens have invaded the moon.
The player controls a small spaceship on the left side of the screen, which can move vertically up and down, and fires to the right. The player battles small drones which appear on the right of the screen, and smiley-faced blobs which appear in the middle of the screen and move towards the player. At the beginning of each level, the player is given a number of alien vessels to destroy, which increases by 5 each time. Care must be taken not to crash into the surface of the moon. The player has 3 ships, and it's game over when all are lost.
