Doctor Who in: The Deadly Alliance - Episode 3: The Island Search is a single-player arcade game.
Welcome to the Earth of the future! Your mission in this, the third episode episode of the Doctor Who games, is to locate The Master. He is the one in charge of the alliance. When you questioned the Daleks in Episode 2, you were told that The Master was in Earth's future. With the Tardis, you have gone to the year they specified. Upon arrival, you managed to borrow a skyjet. To avoid anyone spotting the Tardis, you can use the skyjet to fly to the other side of the city.
The player controls a ship that moves laterally at the bottom of the screen and can fire forwards. The player tries to shoot incoming asteroids and destroy cities. Each time an asteroid is destroyed, the player moves ahead 1 sector If the player misses an asteroid or is hit, it's game over. The goal is to reach sector 135.
