Dunnet

Description
Dunnet is an interactive fiction game by Ron Schnell. The player controls an unnamed character who stumbles across an unnamed 1980s university. After a relatively standard intro reminiscent of Zork, the player discovers that they are actually inside a mainframe computer and must use its tools to navigate the world. The player is required to use their real-world knowledge of Unix systems in order to travel around the network and solve puzzles.
Dunnet is bundled with the GNU Emacs and XEmacs text editors, and as a result it is preinstalled on millions of computers across the world.
