This game is a collection of mini-games, grouped into four levels, reflecting the game designer's frustrating experiences with societal recognition, the medical establishment, and their own body over the course of a gender reassignment hormone treatment. The story proceeds regardless of the player's "success" at the mini-games, and some games (eg. shaving or avoiding the feminist criticism, dodging ♀ symbols being shot from feminine lips) recur on different levels, paired with modified and, ultimately, more hopeful messages.
