Ebisu Yoshikazu no Ōana Kyōtei

Description
Ebisu Yoshikazu no Ōana Kyōtei is a simulation of kyōtei boat racing, a specific kind of boat racing popular in Japan for betting, in which small hydroplane craft are raced on an oval course in a man-made lake. It features the endorsement of TV personality and comic artist Yoshikazu Ebisu, well-known as a fan of the sport who would regularly bet on races.
There are two game modes included:
- In Race Mode, the player directly controls a racer, playing through a career and attempting to win at stadiums throughout the country.
- In Gamble Mode, the player visits every stadium over the course of a season betting on races and attempting to win big; it is even possible to consult Ebisu for advice.
There is also a Database Mode included, which contains detailed information on each of the 24 stadiums, many popular racers, and special tutorial mode that explains the rules and regulations of the sport.
