Escape from the Man-Sized Cabinet

Escape from the Man-Sized Cabinet is a text adventure by the staff of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert created to promote the start of the new television program in the fall of 2015. The game was programmed in Twine and features some illustrations. It stars Stephen Colbert, wandering the halls of his office two months before his show premieres. He comes across a large man-sized cabinet, and the player may check out the inside and just hang out for hours, or to venture even deeper into the cabinet to reach a fantasy world, just like in C.S. Lewis' novel The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Along the way Colbert will meet a centaur, enter a cave, collect treasure and eventually end up at an ominous castle facing off against a wizard.
