Farfall

Farfall is a simple arcade game with written in BASIC, which utilizes text characters instead of graphics. The game takes place in some sort of scrolling bottomless pit. Platforms appear in random patterns as you, the protagonist keeps falling. You (Depicted as a capital "X") must stay on-screen as long as possible, and the only means to do so is to move either left or right as you navigate along the gaps, dropping from platform to platform. Falling beyond the playfield or being dragged along to the very top by a platform will end the game. Occasionally, "plus" signs show up and picking them up will award bonus points. Your final score is revealed at the end and is calculated by the amount of time you have survived and the plus signs gathered.
