Game & Watch Gold: Lion
Description
Game & Watch Gold: Lion is the third and last game in the second series of Game & Watch games published by Nintendo, also known as the Gold Series. Lion used, for the first time, the concept of little animated cut scenes. When the lion escaped the guard would be seen running and climbing on top of the tree.
A vaguely similar concept to Manhole, where the goal was to protect pedestrians on two levels, Lion requires simultaneous interaction with 6 open cages with two guards, armed with only chairs. The chair is simply used to push the animal back, whilst the cage stays and keeps open. In game B three lions, instead of the two lions in game A, need to be dealt with. The game can be played by two players simultaneously, with each controlling one side.
