Game of Life
Description
Game of Life is an implementation of Conway's Game of Life for the TI-59 Programmable Calculator. The player can draw patterns and watch how they evolve based on the simple rules of Conway's Game of Life.
- Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbours dies, as if caused by under-population.
- Any live cell with two or three live neighbours lives on to the next generation.
- Any live cell with more than three live neighbours dies, as if by overcrowding.
- Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbours becomes a live cell, as if by reproduction.
The player defines the starting cells in a 10x10 area and can print generations. The printed generations will cover an area of 20x25 cells.
