Gormball

Gormball is an online game available for registered users on the virtual pet website Neopets. In this luck-based strategy game, eight competitors (one of them controlled by the human player) stand in a circle, tossing the Gormball to the next person in line. The longer a player holds onto a Gormball, the more points they score - but they also take a greater risk: the Gormball explodes at random intervals, and the player who holds it at that moment is out of the game.

Occasionally during the game, the player randomly receives free bonus points.

The game ends once the Gormball explodes on the human player, or once all the opponents are gone. Once the game is over, the player is awarded Neopoints (the Neopets currency) for the score he's gained. If the player is the last one standing, he receives a large bonus, such as Neopoints or items.
