GREMEX
Description
GREMEX, an acronym for the Goddard Research and Engineering Management Exercise, is a management training game. Players are tasked with seeing through a fictional project from the initial plans to the final construction phase. Depending on player input in monthly turns the expected completion date may move forward or back. The aim of the program is to give management a larger understanding of all the factors that can influence a project during its lifecycle. It was developed for NASA at the Goddard Space Flight Center but later became commercially available for other companies.
