Management Decision-Making Laboratory
Description
Management Decision-Making Laboratory is a serious game used in development programs and colleges. It uses a generic market in which up to three companies can compete. Players working for a company make decisions in regards to pricing, advertising, transportation and other fields in order to market their products in four different markets of which one is their home market and the fourth market is a competitive market (since none of the three companies has their home market there). Decisions are made on a quarterly basis and take ten to fifteen minutes.
