Description
The Travelers Management Decision Game is a serious game that simulates top management decisions in the insurance industry. Players form companies that compete with each other in an interactive market. Each year is a turn in which five decisions must be made in regards to: security investment, operating assets investment, marketing expenditure, underwriting control, and rates. The market itself will slowly get bigger, but the companies' individual decisions will determine who manages to control the biggest share of the market.
