The DLC pack for Hishōzame! Same! Same! Toaplan Arcade Garage adds one new arcade game and vintage home ports of the games in the main collection. It contains:
- Sky Shark (1987), the home port for NES (Japanese)
- Fire Shark (1989), home ports for Genesis (Japanese and overseas)
- Wardner (1986), a.k.a. Pyros and Wardner no Mori, in its Japanese release and both overseas releases, plus the Famicom Disk System release from 1988
