Hoka no Otoko no Seieki de Haramu Toki: Fusuma no Mukō de Otōto no Seieki o Sosogikomareteiru Tsuma

This Japanese erotic visual novel puts the player in control of a man who turns to his brother for help after being unable to conceive with his wife.

The player takes on the role of Hideaki Satou, a man who is happily married to his wife Emi. As the head of a distinguished family that has continued since ancient times, Hideaki is expected to have children. There's one problem: Hideaki is unable to impregnate his wife due to having an unusually low sperm count. He is forced to turn to his younger brother, Shuuma, to ensure that the Satou genes are passed on. Hideaki is forced to listen while his brother has sex with his wife. How will this situation affect their relationship?

The player can make decisions throughout the game which may result in different endings. Emi is voiced by Mei Misonoo.
