Initial D Gaiden

This racing game consists of the player owning their very own car with their own levels of handling and gear, then driving it down a racing course from start to finish before the opponent does. As the player accelerates or slows down, the gears must manually be shifted accordingly.

There are three modes in the game:

• Scenario - There are four story chapters including Itsuki, Bunta, Natsuki, and Takumi. Beating each chapter unlocks additional content.
• Time Attack - There is a single race track, which must be beaten in the fastest time.
• Communication - The player challenges another player in a race.
