Izumi Jiken Files Vol. 3: Yujuku-hen

Editor-turned-detective Izumi Kido returns once more in her third mystery. These games are known for being set in well-researched real-world environments; this time takes her to Kagoshima, a city southwest in Kyushu known for its bay and its hot climate.

This Japanese-style mystery adventure game is text-heavy and menu-driven, with players interviewing witnesses and making choices via menus. An in-game notebook lets players keep track of evidence and suspects.

This game was originally released exclusively for DoCoMo phones in 2003; this version, released for additional feature phone platforms, is an enhanced rerelease with updated artwork more comparable to later games in the series.
