Juggerdome

Juggerdome is a 2D, top-down shooter. The player controls a prisoner that hast to fight in regular events to regain his freedom after enough successful matches. He gets to pilot a juggernaut that can be upgraded with different weapon systems, shields etc. For each won tournament the player gets money as a reward that can be spent on buying more and better equipment. The victory condition for each tournament differs from round to round: surviving for a specific amount of time, number of kills or capture points. During the fights the player has also to take care of the heat of the weapon systems, since an overheated weapon can temporary not shoot.
