Jungle Drums

Jungle Drums is a 1-player arcade game for the Commodore 64.

The player controls intrepid explorer Bunty-Forbes Davenport, as he tries to collect treasure and food from a number of jungle settings. Bunty-Forbes can move laterally, jump, climb ladders, and pick up items from the ground. The explorer must avoid dangers including: spiders, glue, flames, high falls, and falling boulders. The player can choose from 14 different levels, and on each level must avoid a different enemy and try to collect money and food. The player completes a level by surviving 1000 time units, and tries to gain as many points as possible. The player starts with 5 lives, and has a limited food which is carried over between levels.
