Kniga Mjortvyh: Poterjannye Dushi

The mobile port of Kniga Mjortvyh: Poterjannye Dushi adapts the PC original to mobile phones by using less colors for the characters and backgrounds as well as utilizing the lower resolution of the devices available during its time of release. The game is a short, linear Russian visual novel, which takes its inspiration from Lovecraft's works. The game mostly features text for players to read with a few choices players can make which will lead to a Game Over or continue the story. The final choice will decide which of the two endings players will get to see.

As for the plot, the game takes place in the 1920s in the USA. The protagonist, Charles finds out that his uncle Abner had died and left his mansion in Dunwich to his nephew, however, Charles has to move in to the Mansion for one month until the inheritance can take effect. As Charles and his wife stay in the mansion, he finds out more about his uncle's dark secrets.
