Dark Nights
Description
Dark Nights is a free otome visual novel with mystery, fantasy, and horror elements. Like most visual novels, the gameplay consists of reading text overlaid on illustrated backgrounds and periodically making choices which may influence the direction of the story. The game features four story routes, one for each of the main love interests, which can be selected and played in any order after the prologue. Each route has four possible endings for a total of sixteen endings overall.
The story follows Miyoko, a high school student who lives a mundane life in a peaceful village where every day seems no different from the last. As if in response to her desire for change, strange things start to happen in the village which seem to stem from the nearby forest, and people start disappearing. As Miyoko investigates, she meets four mysterious men who each seem to be hiding something. Miyoko will have to choose carefully who to trust, or she may risk becoming the next victim.
