Man-Eng: Master of Evil
Description
Man-Eng: Master of Evil is a graphical text adventure for the Apple II.
You have newly arrived at the kingdom ruled by Man-Eng. Man-Eng, Master of Evil, and cousin to the imperial throne, betrayed and slaughtered the royal family. He has made a pact with the demon Zondur , whose magic is strong. The player must travel to Man-Eng's tower and free the land from his grip of darkness.
All commands are entered via VERB NOUN commands, and the player must use text commands to travel to different locations and solve inventory problems. Locations are graphically displayed on screen. During their adventure, the player must trade with a viking, receive a blessing from the Goddess Laura, help an Amazon, and wade through a tar pit. Ultimately, they player must confront and defeat Man-Eng in his tower to save the land.
