Description
Marvel Spider-Man 2 is a third-person action game and a sequel to Marvel Spider-Man (2018) and Marvel Spider-Man: Miles Morales (2020). It follows Peter Parker and Miles Morales as they face Kraven the Hunter and Venom, who threaten New York City. Peter bonds with the Venom symbiote, gaining powerful abilities but also becoming more aggressive, straining his relationships and putting the city in danger.
The game allows players to switch freely between Peter and Miles, each with unique combat abilities and skill trees. New traversal mechanics, such as Web Wings, enhance movement across an expanded open world that includes Brooklyn and Queens. Combat introduces parrying and new gadgets, while Peter’s symbiote suit grants devastating attacks but alters his behavior.
Beyond the main story, players can complete side missions, collect various Spider-Man suits, and face returning and new villains, including Lizard, Sandman, and Mysterio. The open world features dynamic events, enemy encounters, and challenges tailored to each Spider-Man’s abilities.
