Megasuki! Love Through Lenses - Otoha Inami is the third installment of the Megasuki! series, a range of Japanese adult visual novels which each chronicle the relationship between a male protagonist and a girl with glasses. This instalment tells the story of Itsuki Sakuma, a proud member of his school's art club until all of its other members graduate one spring, leaving him alone. The dejected Itsuki has resigned himself to formally disbanding the club, until one new member, the quiet and reserved Otoha Inami, suddenly joins. While grateful to have her as company, Itsuki realizes something is amiss when he notices that Otoha never draws anything: she just observes him and his work. When asked why, Otoha casually states that she is in love with him, to Itsuki's utter bewilderment. As the days pass, Itsuki and Otoha explore their romantic and sexual attraction to each other, causing Itsuki to grow as an artist and a person. Otoha's dialogue is performed by Sara Ayumi.
