Metroid Redemption

Metroid Redemption is free fangame, based on early games from the Nintendo Metroid series. Metroid Redemption has gameplay very similar to the original games: it is a semi-open world platform game where the player controls Samus Aran, the famous space bounty hunter. She explores various arenas, fights against enemies (mainly based on existing opponents from the main series), and upgrades abilities, like the famous ball transformation. Abilities generally provide access to new areas, also in environments already visited, typical of the metroidvania genre.
