Microzine is an educational disk-based magazine published by Scholastic between 1983 and 1992. Each issue generally contains a simple adventure game, often with a Choose Your Own Adventure Style. Issue no. 37 contains: Computer Stuff: Microzine* data disk initiation

Math Mall: A simplified version of Math Shop, where the player must travel to different stores in a mall and quickly answer math questions. At each store, the player must reach a desired number of nonsense items by choosing the correct amount from 3 columns. In the beginning, each column contains a single item, but as gameplay becomes more difficult, each column contains more items. The player must act quickly, because if the line in a store becomes too long, customers become frustrated and leave. Fifty angry customers, and it's game over.

Monitor Mystery: The Case of the Cutting Caper: the player reads a short vignette and views a picture related to a knives that were snuck aboard your luggage before boarding a plane. They must answer correctly all logic questions from the descriptions.

Nutrition Explorer - A program for designing meals, meal portions, and information on the calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrate proportion of the meal.

The Race for Independence: the player has been recruited by John Hancock at the Second Continental Congress to locate the missing Button Gwinnett of Georgia. The player travels to the original thirteen American colonies, meets early patriots, and receives clues to Button's location. The player has 50 pence, and can buy local products to trade with people in other colonies for clues to Button's location. The player must exercise care asking about Button, for if they are in the wrong location, they may be attacked by Tories, who will take all of the player's inventory. After finding Button, the player brings him back to Pennsylvania for a reward.
